Default Where would I be able to find this dash piece?

I'm trying to plan ahead... buying a '98 Accord EX Coupe V6 for my daughter and I'd like to be able to install her stereo equipment in the dash. Currently the car has a double DIN unit, but I've seen pics of a dash arrangement in an Accord LX that has a single DIN opening with a storage area below (pictured).

Where can I find this dash piece? I'd much rather use this than some aftermarket junk.

BTW, I was quite impressed with my test drive of the CG22... very nice vehicle. Much more refined than my '99 Integra GS. No 18-year old kid should have something this nice...

Thanks in advance,

JD

i ordered mine directly from the dealer for $18. it took the service guy forever to understand what i wanted, but i got my part in 2 days.

i thought this place would have it, i guess not. you might have to mess with the car configuration to pull up the right DIN pocket.

Is there anyway you could come up with the part number for me? Or is your paperwork long gone?

on the LX's there was an OEM din pocket with a cover. it's quite a find considering most blank din pockets are just cubby holes.

The part # is 77280-S84-A11ZA POCKET ASSY., AUTO RADIO

Can be found here:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...280-S84-A11ZA+

I bought mine from Slhonda.com ($21.51) because shipping was cheaper than the above site.

On most honda part sites, its located under Instrument Panel Garnish #12.
