Either a junkyard or ebay. Other than that, if you want it to get it cheaper than what the dealer charges, make friends with a Honda employee and hope they can give you a discount. h:

 

handa-accessories.com has those for $150 apiece, and a wheel and tire package for $1440.19. if you ask me that's a great price for some 17x7 factory honda alloys (manufactured by enkei by the way).

i would have bought those myself if i had a V6, i figured that it would've cost me around $700 to do a full 5 lug swap just to have those rims... so i decided against it.

 

Check on Ebay for used TSX wheels; they are the same except for the center caps.
