New clutch....

Hey all,
I have a 1994 Accord Coupe 5 spd. and I'm in need of a new clutch here soon. I was wondering what you all recommend? Also should I have the flywheel turned(resurfaced, machined) ? The car has 140k miles on it. Thanks
