The rear is going to be a little tougher being as must of use don't want to cut our carpet, if you already have a DC or something else we maybe able to use the bracket and just do another bar but that is a way down the road. Thinker bars won't work because the oil cap just clears and also weight is a factor beign as this is steel not aluminum like others, though this bar weights maybe a few ounces more than the neuspeed.

There are no moving parts on the bar at all all solid mounts. We are thinking about reinforcing the 2 bars where they come together on the firewall to prevent any flex at that point.

wow, that looks pretty nice. would be great to have one of those installed.. how much did it cost you to make so far, and do you have plans to produce/sell them even if it's a really small number?

yea It looks much better in person. Hopefully i'll get a chance to take it out on the auto cross and try it out and compare it with the neuspeed. Then alan can start mass producing heheh. ALso, me and him are gonna try and see if it fits on my 4th gen.

wow. i'm impressed. nice DIY, has to be one of the most professional jobs i've seen. smooth out the welds and take it to a powder coating shop and pick out your favorite color.

Definitely keep us up to date on the 4th gen retrofit...well, at least me! I'd definitely buy one of those and sell my Neuspeed.

Like Alan said, that is just the prototype, I think they plan on cleaning up the bar alot and it should come out alot cleaner for production.

The bar will be really cleaned up for final production (in a while) and also it will be powered coated Black. As far as cost go's I don't know my cousin bought all the parts since he works at a chopper company and his time (which I don't know how much he charges an hour) but over all the bar will be cheaper than the benen bar for the civic's and integra's.
