Default so.. now im lowered..

Ok so on Thurdsay got my car lowered.. but now.. big problem.. I am hitting the ground when I pull out of a ramp or exit from a parking lot etc.. my Friends gave me free springs and installed it for me and everything I mean it's not hella low but it's low and I see people all the time with the car that low but don't seem to have the problem like me.. and when we lower the back next weekend.. (I only have the front done) will it make the front even? or maybe go a little higher? Dun know what to do now kinda embarassing when you exit and ur car scrapes the ground and makes that noise... h:

yeah, get used to it.. steep driveways and ramps have a good chance of scraping something. learn to take them slow and at angles, and it'll make things a lot easier. my old 88 legend scraped like hell on driveways, but it wasn't even lowered. it was actually the tow-hook that was scraping. i don't think the thing (tow hook) can even be used anymore!

i'm going to buy new springs for the back... but I'm not familiar with springs and brands.. my friends got all the parts for free and we put it on my car.. I'm looking for some in the back but don't want a huge drop in the back maybe 1 1/2 drop at the most and if I could in the front maybe a 1 inch raise but I don't think that can happen anyone got any ideas?

scrap the patchwork project u've started and just get yourself 4 new springs...go with eibach prokit or h&r sport springs and get yourself some adjustable shocks so u dont go bouncing and bottoming out all over the place

Yeah, do yourself a favor and get either some springs for the back or 4 new ones. Lowering springs on just the front isn't a good idea.. better to do it all at once so the weight is distrubted correctly.

I'd definately wait to put all 4 springs on at once. If your doing just one end of the car at a time your throwing all kinds of shit out of whack
