99 Accord drips water under dash when raining

In my 1999 Accord, when it is REALLY raining hard (and I am driving on the freeway) a little bit of water drips on both the passenger and driver's feet.

Any ideas?

Must've been in an accident. Simulate it with a garden hose on a high pressure sprayer and see where the water leaks from (look underneath the dash laying down), then go from there.

Check the gasket between the hood and windshield... just under the wipers.
These can dry and crack, and when they do they allow water to leak into the ventilation system.
