Default mess with engine

so i got a 98 4cy lx sedan auto and i want to do something to the engine, some people were telling me to get a turbo on it and others were telling me to get a h22a swap a new transmission, but i'm not sure what to get, lol sorry i'm not a big person on engines thanks for all your responses

It's an old line, but:

How fast do you want to go and how much money are you willing to spend?

Best bang for your buck is gonna be turbo (or nitrous I guess)

well i want to know all my options money wise, but i want to be able to accelerate faster then a v6, not insanely, but faster...i mean i dont want to be flying down the road at 210mph but i want my like 4cy to be a lot quicker...if i get a turbo would i have to get a new transmission? manual?

If you have an auto, youre going to want to get a h22 no questions, cause you can only boost to 6psi with a turbo and have about 190hp... so youre going to want to look at droping in a new engine.

in the superstreet i think they swapped in a odyssey engine, lemme double check that...

man i got a buddy with a turbo on his accord lx and is pushing 9 psi on a stock motor and it is an auto you would do alor more work with a swap and less hp for the money you can put on a turbo

Thats not going to last very long. Auto transmissions alone are weak on 6th gen accords, and will go out prematurely.
And the manual swap...you might as well just buy a h22 that comes with it, because it would cost just as much, and youre not gaining any hp.
