Left turn signal light in my dash has gone berzerk. It blinks erratically, at times extremely fast, and at times not at all. Also the brake light is constantly on, and all of my brake lights are okay. I've never messed with any of the wiring in the dash, so I'm certain it wasn't I that messed it up.

did you change the bulbs lately(to led lights)

 

No sir. nothing has been done inside the dash at all. I'm relatively unfamiliar with the dash electronics, I know of only the stuff I need for my system.

or are u talkin about the headlight/taillight bulbs? *turns brain on* the bulbs have been replaced cuz of my system, but with just regular bulbs u get from a local parts store. My system causes my vehicle to go through bulbs like underwear.

 

did you go by the exact # or just have one of the employees pick out the bulb

the reason is the bulbs might look the saem but they have different specs which would throw the brake light and the blinker

 

go right ahead. i used to put it on cars that did actually park closer than i liked

 

honestly a good question. I went with the ones that were in the book they had on the shelf. It shoulda been okay. Just havin' diff bulbs can throw it like that? interesting.
