Something's missing from your story, how was the Ford SUV coming closer to you- head on? From the right? Left? From the sky? They have a stop sign? Major intersection or side road? By saying the SUV coming closer, was it parked and you were actually going closer to it? What kind of SUV was it? Did you do a hit-and-run? By not knowing what kind of SUV it was, it sounds like it was a hit-and-run, especially with the vague details. You're not making sense by your accident description. If you're going to tell a story, tell it where people understand the thought you're trying to convey.

YES it sucks it happened, but some of us want to know what really happened.

Sorry, I suck writing the story. So, it my stupid that I hit into SUV after I yield the stop sign. My fault :doh:

 

Sounds exactly like what I did 2 months back. I ended with a $1k repair bill for the Accord. (Needed a new driver's side door, frame had to be realigned, rear door needed to be repaired.) Got sued by the other person for medical expenses.

Shit happens, be glad you are ok. Its just a car and from the looks of it the damage is very repairable.
