Default Muffler

In california will a car pass the smog with a straight through muffler with the stock piping ?

the muffler has nothing to do with smog, only sound, so yeah, it'll be no problem.

i think my dad even passed with fat holes in his exhaust system, as long as the engine is clean, it shoul dbe okay.

it should pass easy.. I don't see why it wouldn't unless it's hella dirty

anything after the cat does not affect smog in any way, shape or form.
