Default Update on my Turbo...

i think ive talked about it on here, but anyways heres an update....

doin a custom turbo setup on my 4g accord....this is what i got so far:



X - 14B Turbo w/ Internal Wastegate Spring set to 6psi-$100
X - DSM Side Mount Intercooler (Upgraded End Tanks)-$35
X - DSM Turbo Manifold-$45shipped
X - Supra 440cc Injectors-$40
__- A'PEXi SAFCII-$210shipped
__- Universal TurboXS Type-RFL Blow Off Valve-$100
__- Walbro 255lhp High Pressure In Tank Fuel Pump
__- Hayden Tranny/Oil Cooler-$40/each
__- Custom Intercooler Piping-$200
__- Custom Downpipe (exhaust shop)-$100
__- SS Braided Oil Feed and Return Lines-$100
__- Rubber Lines for Water Cooling-$10
__- All Hoses, Gaskets & Clamps-$40

ill probably be done fairly soon, maybe end of summer if not...atleast by the end of the year..

that's a tiny intercooler. looks smaller than the one on the Mazda Speed Miata. good luck with the install.

wow ... nice shopping list.

i'd look into stock Supra IC's. i believe DSM owners treasure them because they're larger, but still fit in the stock position.

Thats awesome man, I'm going custom turbo myself too with DSM parts. Cant decide between the 14b turbo or the T-25. What are you going to use for fuel managment? I hope not an FMU.

well....i have an upgraded smic...larger end tanks....so meh.....

id rather take the 14b cuz its capable of more....even though im only looking for 6psi...but t25's are newer...

it says apexi safcII for fuel mgmt

Oh ok, I didnt see the safc listed. Are you gonna run a chipped ecu?

the safc is a piggy back for the ecu

Yeah I agree with Eklypse about the IC, for a stock front mount the MKIII's are pretty large, Also if you want a probe IC or a msd 6btm, lemme know I have some for sale. Rides commin along nice bro, good luck with the setup
