Since the first number is only the viscocity of the oil when its cold it doesnt matter, I would stick with 5w-30 since its what honda recomends and using 10w-30 will offer NO more protection in hot weather, if you are worried about it being hot in the summer get 10w-40 The second number it the viscocity when the oil is hot, so thats the one that matters, if you get to think of an oil the oil can not get up to lube the top of the engine as fast on startup and hurts the engine, so stick with 5w-30 or its it really hot where you live bump up to 10w-40...
Also use Mobil, and if you dont have any leaks use Mobil 1 full sythetic for even more protection on cold starts and hot days
