Anybody had this problem before or know what this could be?
1997 Accord EX. It started with my driver side door, a "chiiing" kind of noise when I lock or unlock the door. While inside the car the door would at times lock and at times wouldn't when I tried locking using the door lock lever. Then after a while, the noise spread to the passenger side door and the rear left side door. This time I either from inside or outside the car, the locks would at times all lock or some would and others wouldn't???!!!! Dealer told me I have 3 door lock actuators spoilt and they'd never seen this before. At first they thought it was only one only to find out the other 2 were bad after replacing one (driver side). It seems to lock and unlock ok although the other 2 don't seem to cooperate with it??!!! but it still has the same noise!! Any suggestions anyone!!! and if its actuators where can I get them!!! (quote from dealer was too high)
