yeah i had a generic and it didnt fit either. good thing i got it free of charge. it had 3 places for screws while my stock only had two if i remember correctly ( extremely drunk rite now) so im guessing you had the same prob.
. i asked for a refund, got it and they never bothered to ask for the knob back!
