1995 accord idle prob
bought a 1995 ex accord.vtec engine. 360k miles. verified timing belt on correct.cleaned egr and passages under the injectors. cleaned throttle body.cleaned idle air and thermal idle.new plugs, wire cap and rotor. compression decent around 175psi.blad air from cooling system.drained fuel added fresh fuel.
car runs fine at first but after it warms up it idles down and dies.sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. running out of things to check to fix? car has exhaust leak down stream and also I had to straight pipe it where the converter was.wondering if no converter can cause this idle issue?
bought car cheap as owner couldnt get timing belt right after it broke.wanting to resell but I don't want to sell until its running right

The car is obd1 assuming it's a 4 cylinder. (google 1995 accord ex obd)
link to OBD info in this forum
So, there are could be:
-two O2 sensors: one before the CAT and a second after the CAT.
or
-a single O2 sensor before the CAT.
What codes (if any) is the car throwing? (is the check engine light ON?)
If you know someone with an ODB reader, use that.
Otherwise, you'll have to count the flashes the ECU LED puts out. (the ECU is under the carpet where the front passenger's feet rest.)
Other things to check:
-vacuum leaks (intake gasket, throttle body, vacuum hoses)
-check and clean all grounds
take care,
