yeah the grille/eyelid thing is fugly, but the rest is nice...i love to see other people rollin on volks since mine have brought me so much joy

 

i actually like that grille...never seen it on any other car...really nice...not to hurt ur unique-ness, but where's it from...only ones for 4th gens i remember are the ones from japan

 

yeah, it was special ordered from japan. the fitment wasn't as good as one would have expected from them japanese. i had to do a fair amount of sanding and modifying to get it to fit better. but it all worked out in the end so no harm, no foul.

as for the volks, i had very limited wheel selection due to my brake mods.
