for god sake, i've been waiting for about 3 months. this is the longest wait ever. I've paid the money and the clearance fee to the UPS. so do you think i should keep waiting or get my money back? btw, is clearance feel refundable?

the guy whom i ordered from lied to me. when i placed my order, he told me he had 3 sp in stock. then 2 weeks later, i received the package, but it was a damaged Evo. then I called to ask him send me the sp, and I never got it since then. he has had my money for almost 3 months and i paid the clearance fee too. now im wondering what i should do

He was honest w/me and kept in contact all the time. It took about a month for me. It is on backorder from Japan

 

i don't mind waiting for months but that dude have my money. I don't feel it is fair for me.
