Fast Replies PLEASEE!!!!... Engine Swap ?
My friend just called me.
He happens to work at an auto body shop.
In the past i've been asking him can I swap a 3.2TL engine into my 02 accord 4cyl 4dr. He would reply yes.( of course with modification )
He just told me they got a car that was rear ended bad. Like the trunck is in the back seat type of accident which cant be repaired.
Owner is getting money back from insurance = caris up for grabs.
My friend is able to get me to buy the car from the yard for 2,200.
its an 01 3.2TL non - type-s. 27,034 miles on it....as told.
Please let me know if this engine would fit my car.
Im not rich so im not expecting to spend more than 6,000 on the installation w/ parts.
Let me know if this can be done..
Dont mean to be a pain but quickly please......gotta call him back.

yes but it won't be easy since you have a 4 banger accord the engine mounts and wiring will be much different. if you had the 3.0 V6 it would be much easier. you will also need to swap over the auto tranny. i think that one is a sport shift, which could pose some problems also.
your best bet is too sell the car or go tubro if want speed.

sound difficult, or just buy the car and part everything out, im sure u could make money on that. i remember this guy got an offer from his insurance company to buy his flipped evo for 500 bucks (running engine and everything, only 3k miles). he refused though.
