what do u need spacers for?
if you have the right offset rims then you dont need them.
if anything 5mm is basically nothing

don't you have spacers for your rims?

i was told that if i dont put spacers, i would have a rough driving session as the wheel/tires would hit the car while i turn. That could kill my car, and i dont want that to happen. so ?

You were misinformed.

What offset and size wheels and tires do you have? What suspension mods do you have?

I just started with My accord. So the suspension is stock.

I got 17" rims and my tires are coming tomorrow. Here are the tire measurments.

What Accord do you have?

Those tires are a bit wide...I woudn't go any wider than 225 personally. You may rub depending on the wheel offset. One thing is for sure though...you'll rub MORE if you throw spacers on there. What is the offset of the wheels? (Usually printed on the inside, on a spoke or on the hub surface)

No point in adding spacers unless youre trying to clear brake calipers or you have rubbign issues when u turn teh wheel. It's a balance though. If your rubbing the inner wheel well, adding spacers will prevent that but now you might rub the fenders.

I think u went wrong with the 235 tires. Say bye bye to acceleration and gas milage. I have 225 and those things are monsters IMO.. At least u can take corners like a bat out of hell
