I kno the depo use h4 for lowbeams, but i got a 9006 HID kit. So i was wondering if anyones done a 9006 to h4 retrofit? If so what parts do you need, and where did you get them? Cuz i really don't feel like spending another bill just to get new bulbs... TIA

 

No conversion is possible. The beam pattern would be completely off. Best bet is to sell the 9006 and get the H4 kit.

 

i'm in the same boat as you bud, i have 9006 HIDs as well, but imma just bite the bullet and get a new H4 kit when I get my blackhousings from the group buy.

 

Just do what I did.
I have a Catz 9006 HID kit, but I wanted to have that Depo look to my headlights. I just painted the housings black. That was the only way I could keep using my HID kit. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be one of the easiest mods I've ever done.
It's the only alternative. Those Depos only come in H4. You wont be able to use your hid kit.
Do a search and you'll find 1000 threads on DIY headlights.
