They look realy nice, can you snap a closeup of the headlamp? and maybe the light output pattern on a wall / garage door?
What is the deal with that 'certificate of DOT/SAE compliance' that is marketed? Is that for real?

If you didn't notice, mine are a black housing, so you SHOULD be able to find a black version for your car. That price on them is scary though. . . If you look on eBay you can get them brand new like I did and save about $70 (which went to me buying European SilverStars for all 4 H1 bulbs.)
The light output is awesome, you'll never go back to OEM, trust me.

EDIT: The compliance thing is a card you put in your wallet it says:
Front: "Certificate of Compliance
For use on all public roads and highways.
<serial number>"
Back: "TYC
Look for the TYC marking to verify that the lamp purchased will be legal for all usage on public roads and highways. TYC lamps have been manuf'd to meet all applicable specs and standards as set forth by the SAE, and all TYC lamps are compliant with federal saftey standard FMVSS #108, as admin'd by the US DOT.
Must use OE or TYC bulb and socket to be legal."
I figure if I get pulled over, that's good enough for ANY COP, and if it's not it'll be good enough for ANY judge.
