Default Shock question

Ok I am lowering my car soon. I have already H&R Sport springs which rate a 1.75 F/ 1.5 R which is a pretty decent drop on some 17's. Now I want to get Koni yellows since they are the best of he best for 5th gen accords. Now what I dont understand is this. The NEUSPEED/Koni shocks also feature an adjustable spring perch to level the car (5 machined grooves on the shock body for 5 positions of adjustment). What does that do for me, get my car to go a little lower or something or vis versa.

Yup, the regular Koni Yellows have 3 perches, the Neuspeed Koni Yellows have 5. They allow for a larger range of height adjustment.

on my old 5th gen i had neuspeed sport springs on bilstein HD shocks and the ride was excellent. bilstein uses a monotube high pressure shock as opposed to a twin tube low pressure design like koni uses. both are great shocks and are almost the same price. if you don't need adjustability the bilsteins are an awesome choice.
