Default What should i do next with my 6th gen??

Hey guys, i need some advice as to what i should throw on my car next...I already have the I/H/E/C/P.. I was thinking of going
1.)Upgraded ignition (what would i need?)
2.)VAFC w/dyno tuning
3.)some type of fuel upgrade...FPR,rail, etc..?
4.) upgrade ecu? (i have the ULEV 02' model)

Keep in mind i wanna maximize the power gains, but i do live in Cali where smog is pretty G*y and this is my daily driver..... so i dont wanna turbo, nitrous, camshaft, or swap. I know my choices are limited, but any bit of added power would help, lmk what you guys think, thanks!

if you not going to go forced induction I'd say don't get anything else. there isn't much more your going to get out of the engine with bolt ons. save up for a faster car.

You probably will get some gains, but it's the hp/$ ratio that's not too promising with bolt-on's on our cars. But if you want to, sure.

:werd:that sums up why its not worth it for the mods you are planing. you'd maybe gain 2-5hp max with all those mods combined. Why not do Nitrious? its not illegal if you have the bottle closed, or are the Cali laws really strict? get an automatic bottle opener and if you do get pulled over hit the switch to close up the bottle.

In cali, any kind of nitrous in your car is illegal as long as it's hooked up or the bottle is filled..... some guy i knew got pulled over in his ricey civic and got his car fully searched cuz the cop THOUGHT he had nitrous...A lot of ppl do it, but i dont race my car competitively, so nitrous just isnt worth it imo for daily drivers like myself...
I want enough power in my ride to be able to beat the average car, but my simple objective is to have fun moding my car, yet still stay in the legal parmameters...(at least for now)
I know im not going to gain a phenomenal amount, but i think vafc is my best bet for some type of over all gain (correct me if im wrong, im way open to hear any other opinions.)
