Was up HAN? need help. like you guys haven't heard that one before. I wnat to get a kit for my 97 sedan accord se i have 17's with 205/40/17 I also have coil overs drop almost all the way, loving the stance. but stock sucks we all no that! do you think i will have to raise my car to fit a evo III all the way around, to have enough driving clearance. Also i need VTECH can i take to ecu, VTECH, and solenoid off a f22b1 and put on my f22b2 any help.

 

ummm yah you're gonna need to raise the car a bit to fit a monstorous front kit like an evo III. im pretty sure the kit is made of fiberglass so if you do leave it real low, you're goin to end up cracking it.

and VTECH ..why do you really need it?? is it like vtec?

 

Thats what i meant VTEC its been a very long morning sorry. But the 97 f22b1 produces 145hp and the f22b2 which i have produces 130hp i also have cai/e no header yet can't justify the 400 bucks i been seeing for a measly 5-7hp gain but if i add vtec stuff basically making my car a f22b1 would give me 15hp but i need to know the specs of the 2 engines whats different and what will i need? thanks

 

yes its possible. i dont know all the details but ive read about a few people doing so.

i believe they are the same engine except for the head. and ecu

 

and the pistons are different. and you'd have to run the wiring for the VTEC and the oil lines for the VTEC.
