I haven't had this problem, but I heard of it once before, and helped the lady solve the problem.

This 7th generation of accord has a new feature that I love madly, which is the remote key-fob window down feature. The problem is, if your keyless radio receiver malfunctions and is easily fooled (rare) it can randomly active the windows roll-down feature for just a second, causing all the windows to be down just a bit when left unattended.

Even though this is unlikely, b/c you have said only the rear windows are slightly down, I thought I'd bring this up just in case. The lady I talked to before on epinions.com had all the windows rolling down just a bit. The fix was to have the dealer replace the keyless receiver thingy (for lack of better thing to call it).

It's a long shot, but it's an idea of where to start.

PS--as another LX sedan owner, I feel compelled to add this . . . The LX is no CHEAPER than any other accord. They are assembled on the same lines by the same people. The EX's (and V6's, etc.) are assembled under the same circumstances, they just have more accessories and doo-dads to mount. If anything, the Ex's (+) have a higher likelihood of glitches just because they have more sophisticated equipment to foul up.

To be honest, I'd love to have bought an EX (-L or such) with the nav and so on, but it didn't fit me, and I know that my car is of the same reputable Honda quality as the rest of the Accords. (Admittedly, even the DX's)

i dont think thats all true. alot of very small easy to fix problems happens to cars like LX-DX compare to the EX... u can get a LX with almost everything the ex has since they are optional. like leather sunroor etc.. one good example is the moon roof on a LX, it will have problem faster than a EX thats a fact. but small little problem easy fix that u dont pay attention too lie noise...
btw what happen if i see the window low and no one is around nmmm

***WARNING USELESS HAN DRIBBLE***
A moonroof/sunroof is STANDARD on ALL EX models for every Honda. Leather is an option for EX models of the Accord family line. If you'd like more information from THE source visit the Honda Model Library located on this link Honda Model Library

Honda does NOT offer a sunroof option on ANY of their models. Aside from the EX that already has one. Only way you'll get a sunroof into an LX or DX, is to have an aftermarket part installed. So yes, it will wear out faster or develop problems quicker than the EX, because the part is aftermarket.

i ever press down on the key fob for more than a second so i don't think that it has anything to do with that.

Default please re-read

I didn't suggest that the key fob is being pressed for too long. I suggested a problem with the radio reciever or related keyless computer.

Please re-read to see what I mean.

Oh, and DX/LX/EX: There are no options to make an LX and EX after the fact. Moon roof, 4-wheel disc brakes, etc, are not available after the fact to make an LX into an EX.

I have an LX sedan and it's made as well as any Honda.
