you probably start by clearing out the amber 1st and then take apart the tail, mask whatever you want off and then spray away, make sure u put on a clear coat afterwards.

That would be why you shouldn't put headlights/tails in the oven...they weren't meant to be baked!

Take a hairdryer on the highest setting to them to get all the sealant gooey. Then, when you're sure all of it's melted/gooey, CAREFULLY pull the assembly apart.
