Do this, don't get altezza's because everyone and their mother can go buy them and everyone and their mother HAS them. Shave your taillights, and do an entire taillight swap. You will get a lot of props, and it looks better, and i love it when i have no idea what type of car or think i know until i get to the middle-front or vice versa.
