Cylinder head swap

I was wondering if i could get the head off of a non vtec H22, with intake manifold and exhaust, and put it on my block
and would that give me some more HP
i know it sounds crazy but i can't afford a new H22 swap

which engine do you have? that will make it significantly easier to answer your question, but to keep it short, if you're swapping a h22 head onto something that's not an h22.. it's gonna cost ya

u can only swap between same series engines. B to B H to H and F to F .... anything else would be custom

If you are talking about swapping the DOHC head onto your F block then its not going to happen and if it does its going to cost you a hell of a lot more than the H swap ever will.
