Default What kind of spark plugs on 97 Accord? i.e. gap, temp, etc.?

I'm replacing the plugs tomorrow. Should I use OEM ones or upgrade to denso iridums? I also hear that I should change the wires and cap? How? Where? Cost?

My setup...Bocsh Platinum Plus 4s with Taylor Spiro Pro 8mm wires. I got my plugs at Napa for like $25 and the wires from stylincompacts.com for around $60. It's been a while since I got them and they're great.:boink:

I am running the standard NGK plugs on my 96 and have never had a problem with them. Gap should be .044 if I remember correctly.

I did run the bosch platinum's for a while, but i didn't see any noticable difference in fuel economy so i figured why waste the $$$...

I say pick up some NGK Platinum plugs, some NGK wires, and a new distributer cap and button. While you're doing that, you might as well replace your air filter and clean your throttle body out(acceleration feels so much better afterward).
