I did a search and got nothing to answer my question. Has any member shopped with Wheels Next before? They have some great prices, but I would like to know how good are they with thier customers? :thinking:

 

i just bought my 18's from wheels next last fall, and they are great. one of my best experiences as far as customer service with a mailorder company. If you call them up, ask for 'John.' he was my sales rep., and he's a great guy. I reccomend them highly, and will probably buy all my wheels in the future from them. shipping was free, got free kumho tires (oh well, they're free right), and they came w/in a week. good luck, and post some pics once you throw em' on.

Did they charge you for a mounting and balancing?

 

I ordered from them but didn't have a good experience.I ordered a set of 18" Katana KR7's in hyper black.The sales Rep. said he could get them within a week.They charged my card then the week came and went. I called and he said he think they came, but didn't unload everthing yet, he'll call me. No call, I called back he said they weren't there. I gave them a couple more days. I finally cancelled order. It took like 4 weeks for them to give me my money back.:angry: I ordered from www.onlinetires.com and received the rims before I got my money back and for cheaper. But I guess I was just unlucky.

 

sorry to hear about that bro....but as for my order, yes, they charged 60 bucks to mount and balance the rubber bands.
