I have a 98 accord coupe i4 AT

wanting Venom 400, i could get one for $270 shipped, do you guys think its worth the money? and if i do get it about how much should i except from it(hp)?

mod's
AEM short ram intake
DC sport 4-2-1 header (stainless steel)
Greddy Evo catback
NGK plugs
MSD plug wires

I have heard it actually does nothing to your car. I think it tricks your car into thinking it will run harder. I'll see if I can find the post.

someone I know with a 3.0 CL told me that his quarter mile didnt change at all with it on... plus it lowers your fuel mileage. I'd get a VAFC or something.

The V-AFC or Hondata would be your best bet, but honestly on an I4 automatic accord I wouldn't waste my money unless you want the V-AFC to look cool.

i'd use that money and get some ignition stuff since you got msd wires already.. get the whole msd ignition, ive heard it helps a lil, most likely more than the venom400

most people ive met with VAFC's and the like actually slow their cars down...

if you dont know what you're doin .. let the ECU do its thing.

its an auto 4popper for godsake

far as the whole MSD iginition goes.. i have the Crane Hi-6 + coil.. it was probobly the single best mod i ever did to the car. better milage and it cranks right up.. and i dont have to worry about that lame onboard distributor coil crapping out again. pretty much a musthave if you have nitrous like me.

excellent investment.
