Did Honda offer an underbody spoiler kit for the 1997 Accords? I've been told by several people they did not. However I was almost positive they did. Anybody know?

 

all 94-97's came with a small underbody kit...

naw don't think so. there'd be more talk about it if there was an option.

 

i don't think there was an optional kit for the 5ths

 

And can anyone recommend a nice aftermarket one that looks more OEM'ish? I dont want anything massive, but a small nice looking lip would be good...

 

since u have a 97,.. i say go for a stillen front


heres a pic of mine, i think its the sexiest lip (besides the real deal MUGEN one) out. its poly urethane (no cracking) and has a stock look to it, its sutble.

I love your car, I've seen pics of it before. I just recently got my 1997 Accord SE, its that deep purple almost black(anyone know the name?). That front lip would be sweet, any place you'd recommend to get it from?

It's called "Black Currant Pearl". From what I understand currant is some berry or rasin type of fruit and it's the colour of our cars. I've got a 98 EX with the same color, I love it and I don't see many of them.
