Default 93 Honda Accord Armrest

How the hell do i take off the armrest for my 93 Honda Accord because i need to put on the seat covers that i just bought? Any help at all would be appreciated.thanx.

Theres a cap on the arm, pry it off, then I think its a phillips screw to get out. Theyre not fun putting back in.

i actually tried to get it off once...don't think it's that easy...def not just a phillips screw...i'll check when i get back home...but ya...there's a cap down low, by the swivel point...pop that off and take a look

CRAP! Your right, its a big ass nut, I forgot. I remember having to use vice grips to booger the thing up getting it off.

I have the 92 interior in my 90 Accord so I have the arm rest. I liek it. but then I like the stock interor color so I'mnot trying to install covers.

Call Honda and see if they make a seat cover for teh cars with arm rest. then see how they do it and try to DIY.

I got a set of seat covers from WalMart and cut a hole in the seat cover so the arm rest could go thru it. Works fine, at least it has for the past 1.5 years.

thanx erybody. i finally got that ish off by popping off the cover on the swivel part of the armrest.damn it was a *itch taking off. but now i gotta put it back on...F**k!
