Will later seats fit in a 92 Accord??

You'll have to do some customization, as the bolt holes don't line up for later model seats in a 4th gen application. Prelude seats don't line up either. More trouble than its worth. I ended up selling the Prelude seats that I had bought for my 90 Accord, as I didnt feel like F'n with all the drilling and lining it up.
