There are two solenoids located on the driver side suspension tower on my 2K Accord Coupe. I know the one closest to the firewall is the evap purge, but what is the other one right next to it?

Reason I ask is because its constantly clicking. I wasnt sure if it was normal (I dont think Ive ever heard it before), and if I follow the hose routed off of it, it seems to go down the middle of the firewall and then under the car.

Searched HondaAutomotiveParts.com for a picture, but I cant get a clear one to be sure what part Im looking at.
