My friend is getting a H22 swap as we speak and i'm wantin to know ABOUT what they run. can you guys give me any info? thanks


BTW all he has is intake and a muff on his 96 2 door accord

low 15s

if its a manual swap

 

depends on driver like it always does. ive heard anywhere from 14.8 stock h22 hybrid to 15.3 w. i/h/e

 

depends on the driver and engine...my h22 puts down 176 hp to the ground...that should put an accord into the 14.6-15.1 range.

 

what if it is an auto??

 

add .1 to .2 to those times.

Well i have no clue where you guys get your stats from, but i was at the track and a 4th gen accord which weight isn't far from 5th. gen completely stock with slicks ran a 15.1 and this guy knows how to drive. I always have looked and modded h22a with bolt-ons on street tires should run mid to low 15s. But high 14s are unheard of? Please show me proof guys because i have an h22 on the way from japan and i was planning on it running these high e/ts, if it really will run this low i am super happy but i doubt it.

 

u gota look at the track conditions and stuff.

 

my friend ran a 14.6 on a 5th gen accord with an h22. he puts down about the same power that I do. his dynos and stuff are online at hondasociety somewhere.
