my buddy did the entire thing on his 95 civic, pretty much followed instructions that are everywhere for paintin em all red and they look pretty good.

Go to MJ Designs/Michaels, get Testors tint spray for model cars. Get two cans, you're set. I've done so many taillights for friends on v6performance.net
