how do you remove the under door molding?

I have a 95 accord and I'm trying to remove the right front fender, but there is one bolt behind the horizontal molding under the door. I have the plastic screws out under the carriage but that thing is still stuck up there. IT seems like I should be able to pull it out horizontally, but its locked in there and i don't want to break something by tugging or jacking a screw driver in there. This damn fender has been a nightmare.. all to just get an adjustment on my door hinges.

Any help would be appreciated.. I have my car torn apart and can't go anywhere. What i thought would be a few hour project is now 2 days.
