hey jonhsiung, did u install those pins yourself? how hard was it? did u use those two holes already in the frame itself, or did u drill new ones? how hard was it to line them up? what did u use to drill the holes in the hood? im gonna be usin a dremel...holla

just installed my hood pins :-D they look gooood... God bless the Dremel

most "quality hoods" will come with at least small holes. VIS in particular.

I installed my pins myself. They're actually hood locks and it was quite simple although it takes a lot of good guess-work and matching up with a pencil since you have four holes to drill in for each lock and you have to make sure it all matches up. It's not too hard if you just use simple logic.

I used a hand drill to put the holes in for the hood lock circles and a dremel to take out the rest. Right now I have hood pins over the hood locks due to the loss of one hood lock on the freeway. Hood pins are much easier to install than hood locks. THe only reason why I went w/hood locks is because they were a better price when I got them and my hood was pre-drilled for hood locks rather than pins.

IMO I would prefer a hood without the holes. I want to shave the nozzles.
