I have a 1997 Accord SE. When you replace the airbags, do you also have to get a new SRS control module? I have heard to conflicting opinions, one says the unit resets itself. The other says once the airbags have been deployed you need to replace the SRS unit. Thanks..

 

This is what I would do..install the airbags in and reset the srs. If the light goes away, then I think your module is fine.
