I brought my 03 Accord in to the dealer to check out (among other things) the bad aim of the windshield jets (aimed at the wiper arm, so less fluid was spraying onto the windshield). The guy showed me on another accord that the same thing happens. Can this be adjusted?

Stick a needle in the whole of the jet and you can aim it. You need to move it very very little to adjust it a lot. Mine sprays on the windshield, but also on roof and onto the back glass. If I adjust it down, it hits the wiper like what you have. It takes a very careful (gentle) hand, which I guess I dont have, to make it perfect. Good luck, really, it can be frustrating.
