best headers for a 6th gen

DC are good, but the mounting parts cracks so you will have to weld it. Mine has cracked about 4 times and the headers have cracked also. if i decide to get another set ill probably get the stainless steel.

I have 99 Accord 4 cyl with DC headers, but is okay, not much of difference. Then i changed to kamakazi headers, it runs real good, since the design of the headers are 4-1. hmmm,,,kamakazi headers with 100 shots of NOS,,,sweet.

All you do is cut the lower mount bracket off the DC header before you install it.

I had mine on for 2 days and it broke so I ended up removing the mount bracket all together....no problems since.

BTW when it does break it makes one of the scariest sounds if you don't know what it is...I was heavy into third gear and hanging some mean corners when it went and thought I did some damage to my car somehow.

:doh: i hope u know that 4-1 headers are made for motors that redline ABOVE 8000rpm.... while the 4-2-1 are made for those that redline UNDER 8000rpm (thats u)...:slap:

4-1 has much more top end gain but more gain than 4-2-1,,thats y,, works well with nitrous....
