Accord steering column rattle

Hi, my 1991 Accord wagon has a rattle in the steering column on rough dirt roads, rack and pinion bolts tight and universal joints at bottom of shaft are tight. Any ideas, thanks. Gertiedog

well it is on dirt roads, so it should shake?? i duno...get better suspention so it doesnt shake?????
