Default wiper blade inserts...

what wiper blade inserts should i buy? i tried to install some pylon inserts from walmart, and they didn't not fit. are there any inserts that would fit? or will i have to get a new wiper blade? btw, i have a 2001 accord coupe. thanks.

i think inserts are made for the specific blade, so you buy the whole thing the first time of whatever brand, then you can use those inserts..i'm not positive though.

no, the inserts you bought were OEM replacements... they should fit as long as they are for your car.....

but its easier just to buy the whole blade, not just the inserts.

the pylon inserts were actually too wide for the wiper blade tract, so i wasn't able to even slide them in. i'll try to find some with the right dimensions... i'll keep yall posted.

Order them from hparts.com. You can get OEM refills for 2 bux per. Shipping is a little high, but if you need other things, the cost stays around the same and the prices are still better than dealer.

Or, just go to the dealer!! To me, wiper blades and refills are just like brake pads: aftermarket may be easier to get, but for the price and performance you cant beat OEM stuff bought online from a good Honda place.
