Default Climate control lights aren't working...

The lights on the climate control on my accord aren't working. They've never worked though so it's not like they just went out. The only lights that come on are the green/amber lights that show which button is selected and the A/C button and the toggle between outside/inside air button lights up. The dials that turn the a/c on and off don't light up, neither do the lights that show off, 1, 2, 3, 4 or the cold/warm (blue/red) lights.

Do you think the bulbs are out or is there a wire that connects them all?

I'm glad to see others with this problem. I've had a 93 civic, 97 integra, and a 92 accord...and without fail, every light worked except the ones that control the fan and temp. Its soo weird. However, on all the cars, all it took was a couple of bangs with the fist and they come on and after I did that a couple of times...they've never gone out again.
