Hello.. I have 2000 LX honda accord V6, automatic. I installed a viper 5740v and im having trouble with the remote start. I press the remonte start and the car cranks but it wont stay on.
Does it have to do with programing?
Did i maybe wire the remote start incorrectly? (The kill switch works)
Do i need a module?

 

Turn the key to the "on" position. It won't let you crank the engine anyways. When the key is turned on you have to tap on the brake to disengage the remote start. If you tap the brake without the key on it will kill the engine. It is a safety feature so nobody can steal your car without the key. I hope this helps
