i went against the trend and got a CF hood from BKNW ... lots of forums have good reviews on their hoods as being just as good as VIS..
i should get the hood in a few days so i'll update you on the fitment and quality!

If you want a real lightweight CF hood, get OE Tuning. Their hoods are 13 pounds compared to 43 pounds for the stock hood. I have one and I like it. The only thing is that you will need hood pins since they need to sacrific some material to make the hood light.
