Default Sylvania Silverstars On Sale

I'm not sure if this will apply to all auto part stores or not, but the local auto part stores in my area (NJ) that carry Sylvania Silverstars have them on sale. The twin pack of SS go for $36.99, and the singles go for $19.99. But if you purchase a single bulb, you get the second for half price! So basically I picked up two 9005 SS for like $30! So you save about $7 by buying them separately instead of the twin pack.

I picked up my pair from Advance Auto Parts on Route 46 in Rockaway. That place used to be Kar Parts but now it's Advance Auto Parts.

There is no rebate and no rebate form to fill out, it's simply taken off at the register. You'll see a bid ad for SS when you are at the register, if not, ask them to see if they still are offering the special.

According to the AD you'll get another $6 back from a mail in rebate.
Bringing the cost of 2 to $23.xx , not bad of a deal.

You can get them from Suvlights.com for $22.50 each with $8 shipping which isn't bad. http://www.suvlights.com/ they also have some worldlight 100watters that are pretty nice. I have narva rally gold 110w h1 high beams and they are MUCH brighter than my 9005 silverstars were with my old housings.
