Default Questions on wheels/tires...?

ok, i got four questions guy, i've searched the search engine, and couldnt come up with much, except for the tire pressure one, but just to make sure...
1) i got 225/40/18 tires, Pirrelli P7000's... what should my tire pressure be? cuz i kno sometimes, when u put air into the tire, u put too much in, cuz u try to add enuff so the tires looks completely overly inflated, which can be very bad.. cuz one of my tires looks a bit flat from the rest...
2) coicendently, that rim that is on that tire, looks a bit bent on one small area, how much should it cost to fix a bent rim(not very bad, i kno, u guys cant tell what i mean, cuz u cant see it)?
3) what are those plastic(i think their plastic) things that are supposed to be with your 2 front wheels to help stabalize the car (like racing hart gives u two of them)... u need them really, does it help that much? and how much do they cost?

and last question, my car feels weird when im on bumpy uneven surface, or when i drive above like 65 mph... almost like the wheels are gonna fall off (not gonna happen, just saying)... is this due to the bent rim? using stock lug nuts, i didnt like the color of my tuner lugs (black), plan on buying new ones soon... or not having those two plastic things that help stabalize the car? im thinkin the bent wheels, and i need an alighnment.. and the lug nuts...?

I bought my gorilla tuner lugs (not the cheezy rust prone open ended lugs) from Tirerack for $20 including a key. Give em a call.

By plastic thingees do you mean hubcentric rings? Maybe they can help you out with that too.

that is because your wheels are not balanced correctly. Take it back to where you got it done and tell them the problem. They should fix it without cost. You may also need an alignment afterwards.

If the vibration is coming from around the rear axle area, then that's most likely due to the link in between the two shock towers. I get that a lot. It's nothing really big of a problem.

are u sure it can be from the wheels not being balanced correctly? it feels like i said, the tires are gonna come off even, like really unstable at times when the pavment is very unever or im going fast, like im out of controll almost first split second(goes like left than right our of control), its just like a vibration or something. thats y im thinking it from my wheels being bent perhaps? i hope its from tires being not balanced, cuz that will be cheaper to take care of.

ok, im an idiot, sorry, didnt get much sleep, I meant to write its NOT just like a vibration, sorry guys if i mislead u, its not a vibration, it honestly feels like my car is out of control when i hit like roads where its really bad, not potholes, but the road is just unevenly worn out, so its like a wavy road, not smooth in height.. or im just going fast, and it seems like the bent area is a little worse now? im not sure
