Ok this is what JDM's are (i think)
On the USDM models the lights are 2 piece meaning that the frame and the headlight are seperate on JDM accord SIR's and Type Rs they are one piece black housing meaning that the frame and the headlight are one in the same. The corners are always seperate from the headlight regardless of the of it being USDM or JDM. If you are looking for some wannabe JDM depos. www.procarparts.com sells the The "JDM" corner lenses. And also the JDM's are H1 bulbs and H4 bulbs. But note that on the JDM accords there is only on hole for a bulb, (the parking lights) there is no turn signal bulb in the lamp. But I think it looks better anyway.

As for the lights in the auction, I think they're real w/ just an amber plasitic piece over the corner. You can clearly see Stanley in the headlamps and corners.
As for 5th generation one-piece headlights, to my knowledge, never exsisted. I have pictures of a USDM 5th gen w/ one piece headlights:

However they look like they might be from one of these cars:
1997 JDM Honda Accord VTS CF4
1997 JDM Honda Accord SIR CF4
The model is a CF not a CD. In Japan I believe they made our 5th gen body style (CD) starting in 1993 and up until 1996. They started the new body style (CF) in 1997 in Japan but in 1998 over here in the US. Hope this makes sense. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Also here's a page with JDM Accords for sale with all the info about them...
